"Absolutely shocking service and product. Fan stopped working at 29 days. After triggering my warranty, sending photos of the fan, plus two video’s to prove the dan dowa not work, I have been told that my warrenty is not valid because the fan is plugged into an extension lead in the video! The fan has been plugged into the mains in our bedroom since the heatwave began and was only plugged into an extension lead to send the video. Really underhand customer service, with a company using any loop hole to fail replace a faulty product. Plus the remote control does not work, even with a new battery. Sham of a company and avoid! Currently going through their complaints procedure but do not suspect this will produce a solution"

"A Pretty good fan that has kept me cool overnight during a very warm spell of weather. I especially like the fact that you can mute the beep noise when adjusting the speed etc. I found speed number 3 the quietest overnight and I didn’t bother with the sleep mode function which bizarrely would have kept me awake. Highly recommended for the price. Great next day delivery too."
