We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the Goods is not received from you in cleared funds.
To the fullest extent allowed by English Law, Devola.co.uk is providing the Site and its contents on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) warranties or representations of any kind, implied or express, with respect to this site or the products, materials, content or information included in the Site. This includes, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. In addition, Devola.co.uk does not warrant or represent that the information available via this site is current, complete or accurate.
The following constitute the terms and conditions under which the company trades and supplies its services and related products on the Website. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and may not be varied except in writing between the parties. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We have absolute right to refuse acceptance of any Order.
Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, if you try to claim Cashback too, your cashback will be cancelled.
By submitting your Order you warrant, represent and undertake:
a. that you are aged 16 or over
b. to supply any details we may request to verify that you are eligible to purchase the products; and
c. you are providing correct details to Devola.co.uk for the purposes of purchasing Goods from our Site. Your debit or credit belongs to you, and there are adequate funds available to pay for the Goods you are ordering.
As part of the purchasing process, you have the option to register with the www.devola.co.uk
Site. You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password.
You must ensure you keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it immediately and inform Devola.co.uk of this. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit anyone to use your username or password.
It is not compulsory to register your details with Devola.co.uk, you will still be able to use the Site and Order Goods without registering.
If the details you supplied are wrong or need updating it is your responsibility to inform Devola.co.uk as early as possible and before you place any further Order.
Making a Purchase
The price and description of the Goods you Order will be as published on the Site when your Order is placed.
It is simple to use make a purchase on the Site. Browse the product range, and then any items you may wish to purchase must be added to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout process and you will need to provide a few details so we can complete your Order.
We accept Debit/Credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your Order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Using contact details available on our Site, we are able to receive Orders via the Site itself, by phone or via post. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders at our sole discretion. You will receive an acknowledgement of any orders you place. We will acknowledge receipt of any order you place by an appropriate method, via email for orders via the Site or verbally for telephone orders. Telephone Orders are acknowledged when you place the Order and from then, a contract of sale exists between you and Devola.co.uk.
When confirmation of an Order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your Order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Only when you receive an invoice from us, and we dispatch your order to you, will a contract exist between us.
We try to ensure that all prices listed on our website are correct, but we reserve the right to change prices and to not accept any order where prices are quoted by mistake.
Orders over the value of £200 will not be taken over the phone. Customers will be directed to place these orders on our website instead.
You can pay for the Goods and the delivery costs using any payment method shown on our Site when your Order is placed. We remain entitled to terminate the contract if payment for your Order is not received before the delivery date for the Order. There will be no delivery of any Goods until cleared funds are received.
Limitations of Supply
Devola.co.uk will endeavour to make sure that all Orders are satisfied, however it is impossible to guarantee that all items will be available at all times. If the Goods you have ordered are not available, we will give you the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund. If we receive no direction from you, we may provide replacement
Goods of a corresponding quality and/or specification or cancel the Order and provide a refund, at our discretion.
Shipping and Handling
We charge one set shipping fee of only £2.49 + VAT for Orders up to £35 and free delivery on Orders above this value delivered in the UK MAINLAND (Except Scottish Highlands & Islands).

We use courier services to despatch products dependent on weight and value and these include Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and DPD.
We will arrange delivery of the Goods you order to the delivery address you provide us with at the time the Order is placed.
We attempt to despatch all Orders within 48 hours of receiving them, but please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for delivery. If there are any delays, we will try to keep you up to date on the situation. Orders received from outside the UK are usually received in not more than 6 days but we cannot take responsibility for delays and orders may take approximately two weeks for delivery.
If we are out of stock of certain Goods, we will not dispatch the Order but we endeavour to keep you informed. If however, it would be preferable to receive a part shipment we can arrange this. As a business we are attempting to reduce our carbon footprint and cut out unnecessary deliveries. It is always your decision. If delivery is overdue by more than 28 days, we will always give you the choice of receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations then Devola.co.uk will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the Goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the Goods to Devola.co.uk. Should you fail to return the Goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by us in retrieving the Goods as a result of such failure.
Please note that for all orders that are in the Highlands/Offshore or non UK Mainland there are special warranty terms. I can confirm that this order will come with a full warranty but please be aware that your postcode is deemed by DPD couriers to be a “remote” area, if you were to have a warranty issue you would need to arrange for your own collection and delivery to and from the repair centre in order to have your unit serviced under warranty.
Please note that the warranty for these units covers all parts and labour for the repair of the unit, or the cost of a replacement unit should it become necessary when on UK Mainland.
If you purchase Goods which are out of stock, we can order them in for you. We will also give you the choice to obtain a full refund if you would prefer.
VAT at the standard rate of 20% is added to all Orders made from the UK or the European Union. Orders made from outside the UK or EU are exempt from VAT.
Credit Card Security
When you place an Order via the Site, payment card numbers and personal details are encrypted with 128 bit SSL encryption. The personal data is not held as clear text on any other site.
When you make a purchase from Devola.co.uk we want you to be 100% happy with the whole ordering process. We sell the best quality LED products, and this gives us the confidence to guarantee them against failure. We understand that LED bulbs are not cheap to purchase and failures and breakages can eat in to the savings that you are looking to make.
As we deal directly with the manufacturers we offer a 28 day return to base Guarantee on all LED bulbs. If a bulb fails during this period simply return it to us and we will replace it with one of equal or better performance.

to get a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). We will email the RAN to you and include information on how to return the Goods and where to send them to. Please be aware that we may refuse returns which do not have a RAN. Please note that we may refuse returns which do not have a valid returns authorisation number. Items which require installation can not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in their original packaging complete with accessories.

If you want a refund for Goods which are not needed you must inform us of this within 14 days of receiving the Goods, via email or in writing. It is YOUR responsibility to return the Goods safely to us at YOUR cost.
As required under the Distance Selling Regulations, Devola.co.uk will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the Goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the Goods to Devola.co.uk. Should you fail to return the Goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by us in retrieving the Goods as a result of such failure. We will endeavour to fulfil all returns and try to provide refunds due as quickly as possible.
- If you are a residential customer and you are not completely satisfied with the items you have ordered, you are entitled to return them within 14 days of receiving them. Provided they are received by us properly packaged in new condition, with the original packaging, have not been used, and you pay for the postage and insurance costs, we will offer a replacement or refund as you would prefer. It is your responsibility to pack items securely and you must pay for the return costs.
- If we despatch faulty Goods or wrong Goods to you, we will offer a replacement or refund for these as soon as possible. You must advise us of the problem within 7 days starting the day after delivery.

- Goods ordered in error must be returned to us new, with original wrapping. Please also be aware that replacement Goods may incur extra delivery charges at the Company’s discretion. Orders previously offered with "free delivery" may also incur these extra delivery charges.
If you are not sure whether you are purchasing the correct Goods, please place an Order for a single item to ensure that it is correct before ordering large quantities. If you purchase large quantities in error, this may incur a re-stocking fee.
Postage costs for return of faulty goods will only be paid for goods sold within the UK. For products sold outside of the UK, customers will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and re-delivery of replacement goods under warranty.

We try to ensure that all published information is correct but Devola.co.uk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss or expense that may be caused as a result of any error or omission in any information either published by or supplied by the company.
Please be aware that it is nearly impossible to reproduce exact colours and finishes on a website or on printed material, and you shouldn’t rely too heavily on the pictures we have provided for exact colour matches.
The information stated in product descriptions and specifications has been provided in all instances by the manufacturers of the products, and the company takes no responsibility for the accuracy of this reproduced data.
We endeavour to handle any complaints in a proper and timely way. Complaints should be addressed in writing to the company at the address supplied on our Site and addressed to The Director. You will receive a reply to the complaint within five working days of receipt.
Customers and other users of the Site agree to indemnify the company against any claims, direct, indirect or consequential damage, expense or loss that may be caused as an indirect or direct result of the use of our Site and any computer software or information contained therein or by your access to other web sites as a result of links from this site. We make all efforts to ensure that this web site does not contain any computer viruses but cannot guarantee this or warrant that it is virus-free.
The total liability of Devola.co.uk to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with an Order shall not exceed the total sums received by Devola.co.uk for the Goods to which the Order relates.
Devola.co.uk shall not be liable to you for any consequential or indirect loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Agreement however. This exclusion will apply even if Devola.co.uk has been advised of the chance of such damage or loss.
Devola.co.uk shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to Acts of God, industrial action, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, war, natural disasters, riots, lock-outs, disease or fire.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in force subject to such modification as may be necessary to achieve as nearly as possible the objectives of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All disputes arising out of, or in connection with, any contract between Devola.co.uk and you shall be governed by English Law and you accept the jurisdiction of the English courts.
