"Overall good product, heats up quick and well and looks sleek. However, the display can only be turned OFF when the heater is ON. If the heater is OFF, the display is ALWAYS ON which makes it unsuitable for a bedroom at night. A work around for this is to keep the heater in "de-frost" mode all the time (which uses zero electricity under 5 degrees). Then you can switch the display off. Another star dropped for poor Alexa commands. You can only switch the heater on and off and change the temperature with Alexa. But you cannot change the heater mode with alexa (only with the app or remote). So if the always-on display is an issue for you, you would be constantly reaching for your phone or the remote to change the mode from de-frost to heat, and also switching the display off every night before bed. This for me makes the Alexa compatibility useless if you are reaching for the remote or app everyday anyway. The remote only works within 2 meters of the device also which means I have to use my phone in bed to control the device. None of the above is outlined clearly by Devola in the item description which is disappointing."

"A cracking little bundle of heat. Easy to install, easy to operate with a handy remote control plus a very clear digital display. Really happy with the heat output and will consider for additional rooms. Options for improvement: Better wall mount instructions, such as a template to allow for the offset of the brackets against the units centreline. Also, print them large enough for visually impaired people, such as myself, to be able to read ready for installation. Improve the Wi-Fi to allow for the modern combined 2.4 & 5 GHz signals as having to split the router output for set-up is a painful process and not required in this day and age."
