Introducing the DVCL48P, the latest evaporative swamp air cooler from Devola. This powerful air cooler boasts a 48L water tank, 3 fan speeds, and high-efficiency side honeycomb pads, making it the perfect choice to keep indoor and semi-outdoor environments cool and breezy. This air cooler works by pulling air through the back of the unit through wet pads that add water vapor to cool the air as it’s blown out through the fan. Suitable for rooms up to 60m², it features super low power consumption of only 140 watts in cooling mode, delivering a powerful airflow of 2000 m³/hr, making it one of the most energy-efficient evaporative air coolers available. The DVCL48P also offers a continuous water feed option, ensuring uninterrupted cooling performance.
Key features of the DVCL48P include 3 fan speeds, oscillating louvres, and a fan-only mode, providing versatile cooling options. The manual fill or continuous water feed options add convenience, while the axial powerful motor ensures strong airflow. The 3 side honeycomb media keep performance optimal. With an air volume of 2000 m³/hr, it is designed for rooms up to 60 m². The unit operates with a power consumption of 140 W and has a water tank capacity of 48 litres. Not to be confused with an air conditioner, an evaporative air cooler is a fan that also benefits from additional humidifier and cooling functions. Using the humidifying function an air cooler will use cold water vapour from the water tank to reduce heat in the air which is flowing through the unit, whilst in cooling mode the addition of ice packs can help to produce even cooler air.
